With the topic “Improving Team’s Problem Detection & Solving Skills”, taking place over 2 days for all Level-Leader members of Head Office and Branch No. 1, the course continued the previously-trained topics, strengthening existing skills and thereby deepening practical situations, helping Leaders to better solve their team’s problems and improve work performance of their team.
The course with workshop style also helps members develop their present abilities.
