The 3-day, 2-night journey to the sun-kissed and windy shores of Phan Thiet for the Rakus Vietnam Branch No.1 family has officially come to an end. Although our members have returned to their daily “Work Smart” routine, the echoes of joyful laughter and the series of explosive, exciting moments remain vivid in everyone’s hearts.

This year, nestled within the lush, serene space of Victoria Resort, the trip took on a truly unique color under the theme “Borderless Unit – Broaden your world.” This was not merely a vacation to step out of our comfort zones and expand our horizons; it was also a journey to connect loved ones and spread warmth, truly uniting us as one boundless “Great Rakus Family.”

The trip left many distinctive milestones, redefining the spirit of teambuilding in a very unique “Rakus way”:
Moving beyond just “muscle power” in typical physical games, our branch members had the wonderful opportunity to experience and learn traditional, graceful Cham dances, gaining fresh insights into the local culture.
Team cohesion reached its peak as everyone brainstormed together to crack historical riddles. This activity not only sparked sharp thinking but also maximized the seamless collaboration of a true Borderless Unit.
A journey into the rich traditions and heartfelt hospitality of Phan Thiet left each member with valuable lessons, fostering deeper bonds and a profound appreciation for unique local experiences.
Transcending the meaning of a standard corporate trip, the companionship of our loved ones transformed the entire journey into a warm, cozy space where love was shared and felt by all.
