Our days of dedicated “Work Smart” recently paved the way for some truly explosive “Play Hard” moments. From June 12th to June 14th, the Rakus Vietnam Headquarters family successfully hosted our unforgettable Company Trip 2026 at the beautiful Ho Tram beach resort. More than just a vacation, this getaway was a wonderful opportunity for all members to strengthen team bonds and truly unite as a seamless Borderless Unit.

Carrying the powerful theme “Beyond Borders – Boundless Ownership”, our 3-day, 2-night journey at Ho Tram featured a dynamic lineup of activities that helped our Rakus warriors recharge and unleash their inner sense of ownership:

Members fully immersed themselves in a premium resort environment, enjoying absolute moments of relaxation to F5 and refresh after intense project deadlines.

Stepping out of typical vacation routines, Rakus-ers challenged their limits by transforming into noble “cowboys” for a horseback riding experience, and becoming cool “speed racers” on challenging ATV off-road tracks.

All distances and boundaries completely dissolved. In every team activity, our Rakus warriors consistently demonstrated proactive initiative, the highest sense of responsibility, and outstanding collaboration.

Although the trip has officially concluded, the tight hugs, radiant smiles, and the burning fire of the “Boundless Ownership” spirit remain intact in everyone’s hearts. Returning to the office fully charged with 100% energy, the Rakus Vietnam collective is ready to make major breakthroughs, take full ownership of challenging projects, and continue driving the company further on the global tech map!
